Lost cPanel Or Hosting Password

Site Access:

You can reset your cpanel password by going to your cpanel (example: http://www.SITENAME.COM/cpanel OR cpanel.SITENAME.COM). When the password box comes up, select cancel. It will then show you an area to have the password sent to you - enter your username and then select reset.

Billing Access:

You can reset your hosting/billing password by going to your account here: http://www.gm-innovations.com/accounts/. Click on login, then click on the request a password reset option. An email with the reset information will be sent to the email address on record.
