Issue with duplicate emails being sent from Cash Crusader:
1. It could be a bug. Cash Crusader had identified a bug that was causing duplicate (and more) emails to be sent at times. In this case, we can do nothing. It should be noted however that the bug only surfaces occasionally, not regularly on every mailout, or even every member.
2. It could be a more temporary issue like a repeating cron job. There is no way to know about that possibility except to send another mail and test if it just goes out once. What you can do when you need to send a test mail, but do not want to send it to all members, is make your own account a separate member type, such as 'admin' or 'tester', then send the email only to that member type using the targeting features.
